From inception, PENDEC's aim has always been clients' satisfaction. This residential structure was refurbished with new construction to take advantage of the uncompromised views of the Caribbean sea and mountainous terrains of Dominica.
The design team worked with an Architectural company to ensure consistent quality and standard design throughout. The end result was a two storey building with a self contained apartment on the lower level and a more open concept for the main floor, both fitted with modern upsale finishes.
